The ethics and morale of urban planning: considering values
How great and of what nature are the ethics of the man, who can by drawing a line on a paper determine the quality of life of onehundredthousand people and vice versa, what influence will his move have on the morale and ethics of the people. Discussions on values, ethics and morale in urban planning lose all meaning when urban planning becomes a product of political judgement.
